Design fees do not include furnishings, décor, styling pieces, delivery, installation, contractor services, or product costs. LCA does not provide construction, renovation, architectural, or permit-based services.

What’s the difference between Virtual Design & Digital Products?
Virtual Design is our online interior design service where you receive mood boards, layout plans, and curated shopping lists tailored to your style and lifestyle. Digital Products are pre-made guides and templates designed for DIY support.
How long does it take to receive my design?
Most packages are delivered within 1–2 weeks after you complete your design questionnaire and send in your room photos. Larger multi-room projects may take up to 3 weeks.
Do you source child- and pet-friendly items?
Yes! One of our core focuses is creating family- and pet-friendly spaces. We source décor that is stylish yet practical, with options like washable rugs, rounded tables, and durable fabrics.
Can I use my existing furniture?
Yes, you can use your existing furniture! Our Virtual Design service customizes designs to fit your existing pieces, making them work seamlessly with the new design elements.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are included in our Virtual Design service. If you’d like to make changes after receiving your design, we offer one or more revision rounds until you’re completely satisfied with the result.
