30-Day Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and uninstalled

• Items must be in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued for the product purchase price only.

Restocking Fee

LCA Luxury Decor does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

Third-Party Fulfilled Items

Some products may ship from LCA Luxury Decor inventory or trusted U.S. fulfillment partners.

Return instructions may vary depending on the fulfillment partner, but all returns must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.

Return Address

Return shipping instructions and the correct return address will be provided after a return request is approved to ensure the item is sent to the correct location.

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
