The Design Consultation

Every new client starts here. Personalized design direction, layout guidance, and a clear plan for the space.

Virtual, Nationwide $750
In-Home, Atlanta $1,250

90 minutes, followed by a written direction summary. Consultation fee credits toward a Signature Room Design booked within 30 days.

The Signature Room Design

Complete room design with curated sourcing, delivered virtually nationwide. Includes initial design and two revision rounds.

Small Space $2,500
Medium Space $3,500
Large Space $4,500

Includes design board, layout plan, curated shopping list, wellness and child/pet-aware selections, and a styling guide.

The Finishing Touch

For rooms already furnished that need decor, accents, textiles, and styling. Available to active and past design clients only.

Perfect for completing a room with elevated accessories, layered textiles, art, lighting, and thoughtful styling.

The Atlanta Install & Styling Day

Local only. LCA receives, places, and styles the completed design on site.

Procurement

Procurement & Trade Purchasing

For clients who prefer a fully managed furnishing experience, LCA coordinates purchasing, vendor communication, order tracking, delivery scheduling, and styling preparation.

Furnishings, lighting, decor, textiles, and accessories sourced through LCA Luxury Decor may include procurement fees and designer trade pricing. Trade discounts are not guaranteed to be passed through at wholesale cost.

Part Two

Engagement Minimums

Published on the site, stated plainly.

Minimum design investment: $5,000 per project, regardless of scope. The room rates are building blocks. A client wanting one bedroom at $3,500 reaches the minimum by adding a second space, the Install Day, or visualizations.

Minimum furnishings investment: $10,000 per room, exclusive of design fees. Furnishings sourced through LCA may include procurement fees and professional trade/vendor margins.

The Design Consultation sits outside the minimum.
